This is a highly collaborative role, where you will need to work across at all levels of Rumex to drive key initiatives and strategic projects. Responsibilities

• Work as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the business objectives, goals and system requirements
• Analyze and synthesize information provided to invent business solutions and effectively document such requirements and communicate to project & product teams
• Conduct R&D based on the strategic product road map to produce inventive business solutions
• Understand, identify and be attentive to the impacts of desired changes incorporated into system protocols and communicate, document and overcome these impacts positively
• Manage and document the approvals for business processes essentially involving with all relevant parties in the process

Qualifications

• A Bachelors Degree in IT, management or equivalent from a recognized University
• 1 + years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Professional Certification in CBAP™ will be considered as an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills and ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
• Excellent Conceptual Skills and capability to detail out user stories and requirement specification
• Research & Analytical Skills
• Persuading, Influential and Negotiating Skills
• Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity, address uncertainty and adapt to changing priorities
• Willing to work at a very detailed level while still being able to abstract ideas for communication to cross-functional teams & clients
